"Some more deep cleaning would always be appreciated and welcome. The kitchen ware and rice cooker out of date for Western expectations. Baygon necessary. No balcony as mentioned in the ad. Safe and excellent security. Great location. Shops and fastfood near. Laundry near."

"The luxury apartments misleadingly and poorly advertised. Expedia ad says business name is Luxury Apartments by Phil City Condos but the name of the actual building is El Jardin Presidente 2, when my guests showed up, the check in desk wont acknowledge the reservation "luxury apartments". The number thats in the ads is not working nor cant be reached. My guest ended up staying on another property.. Thanks to expedia agent who helped rebook the guests in a closeby hotel. BEAWARE WHEN BOOKING...

"We loved that the unit is just steps away from all the restaurants and mall. We felt safe being in a unit with 24/7 security. The host was very responsive to all our requests in a timely matter. "

"All i can say is that we booked it again. That’s how we like the place. Guards are friendly and it’s near everywhere. What mire can I say but thank you for letting us stay in your condo...and as I said we booked it again!"

"Condo is owned and rented out by owner. Not ran like a hotel. No front desk, no receptionist, and you are calling owners direct line. Place had dust bunnies and a lot of damages. Nothing luxurious about this place. The place is small and owners belongings were just stacked aside covered with sheets. The deposit was outrageous $300 which is more than amount to rent the place. “False Advertisement” because place was far from what was advertised and not to mention very unprofessional! "
