"Located in the Florya neighborhood, it is class to a small Mall (Flyinn) and has several small restaurants in the vicinity. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. "

"I cut my finger badly on the doorknob as it was broken and never repaired. Breakfast was very simple but super late, hardly possible to get anything to eat before 9am. - for business people horrific experience. the bathroom smelled terrible all the time. Warm water was available only one day.
location is very good close to the Sea, but there is a lot of homeless people and garbage everywhere.
The Service guy in the breakfast area shared his very conservative and offending opinion about women...
"The location and the historical look of this hotel makes it unique. Located 20 minutes from city center, very close to the beach, shopping areas and dozens of dining options are all at a walking distance. Beautiful and safe neighborhood.
Special thanks to manager Mr. Kaaner, his professionalism and knowledge of the area, especially his recommendations for dining, were spot on. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody considering staying in european side of Istanbul?"

"Renaissance Polat Istabul is our home away from home. It is one of the best hotels in the best area of Istanbul. Amazing staff and special appreciation for Gizem hanim and Oguzhan at Reception for attentiveness and great customer service. Recognizing them as well as Serdar bey (luggage services and everything else for our guest needs ) and Yunus bey (breakfast/dining) as well as Burak bey supervisor for special attention and guest pleasing actions. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
