"We had a very nice stay at yhis hotel. The check in staff were very courteous and helpful. The bartender was very nice as well. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and the tub was hugh. The main reason for choosing this hotel was its close proximity to the train station, right across the street."

"Pick up from the airport to the hotel not clear by reception especially for a traveler of no knowledge of the airport. I had to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel. But everything else was satisfactory! "

"HIGHLY recommend this property! Absolutely beautiful property in the best location for exploring Bologna. 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, historic sites! We had a very stressful situation, having lost our passports on the train to Bologna. Through extraordinary efforts by both the Hotel Manager and Concierge Julia, our passports were speedily located and we got them back right away! The Manager also upgraded us to a suite which was very luxurious and appreciated after such a scary day. I encourage anyone who is looking for a centrally located luxury hotel in Bologna with exceptional customer service to select this one. You will not be disappointed!"
