"Very easy to get to hotel from airport with free shuttle bus. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. Very comfortable and easy going."

"it would be nice if on the weekends that the breakfast buffet would be at 6a or 630a just like the weekedays. that was the only reason why i choose the hotel only to find out it was later. and i didn’t get to have breakfast and i had to go my training hungry. oh, and the hot tub was not in service. other than that it was all good."

"The lobby restaurant is very tasty and great for an early dinner on a night when you have an early flight the next morning. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes - super convenient."

"The hotel shuttle service was very helpful getting to and from the airport. However, the room although fairly clean leaves a lot to be desired. The spreads on both beds were covered with snags and should be discarded. The mini fridge was not leveled and fell out of its place every time it was opened. Breakfast was very good with several options. At check in, it would have been helpful for the staff to provide information on area businesses and the BART. I may stay again if the items noted are corrected as they are easy fixes that housekeeping management should have been aware of. "

"Breakfast was lovely, including the pancake machine. That was really cool actually. The coffee was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful and the property is clean in general. The hallways and rooms are looking dated and tired, definitely time for an aesthetic facelift. The room refrigerator ran consistently all night and loudly at that. We couldn’t find a way to unplug the refrigerator. Be very aware that their open-air parking adjacent to the hotel property cost $30, regardless of how you book your room. This is completely ridiculous, a factor I will not dismiss again."
