The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruits, local juices and wellness / detox juices, cheeses, ham, Ecuadorian hot dishes and sides like yuca and chia pancakes, made-to-order omelettes, breads, and excellent coffee. The dinner menu is equally varied and delicious. My room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle was remarkable, waited an hour for my late flight. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The town is small and the locals are friendly. This is my 4th time to stay here and I hope to return !"

"We stayed one night. It’s a beautiful property with lots of green and animals around. They have a restaurant with a few dinner options and good prices. Sound isolation is not great but it was okay for one night. They offered to take us back to the airport for five dollars."

"The one night stay was really good! the room is modern with awesome coffee maker. The only complaint was being the hotel is near the airport, if a room is available, we should be able to check in. We showed up at Noon, we have to wait few hours till check in time. We were not able to rest for the following flight that leave 6am. We have to check out 3 hours early for international flight :("

"This property is in a terrible, unsafe neighborhood ! Not sure how they can call this a “wildlife or wilderness reserve “. That is false advertising. Could not sleep at night with all the dogs barking and planes coming and landing overhead. The rooms had bugs crawling on the floor and doorknobs fell off when used them. We were to stay there for 3 nights a but checked out after 1 night. They did make a good pizza…!"

"Shuttle was wonderful with staff waiting for us at the arrivals area. The check in was smooth and very friendly. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel the food was wonderful. The room was spotless and very quiet for a perfect sleep. "

"Amazing atmosphere in this country setting. Staff were wonderful, food and drink was great. The spa baths, temezcal, and massages are excellent. Horseback riding was a fantastic experience. The road to get there is difficult, so do not take a regular car taxi to get there, it will not make it and there is no cellular service in the area to call for help whrn you get stuck. Use a truck taxi or SUV. The hotel has wifi."
