"The hotel was super niceeee. It was honestly just beautiful, room was neat and clean, staff was amazing & very helpful. Only thing I’d complain about is the pool being closed. Me and my family came down from 3 hours & wanted to swim but the pool was closed which made us sad. But besides that everything else was great. There were a lot a good restaurants near by."

"The website indicated self-parking at the hotel. but upon check-in, they demanded $12 per night. The hotel employee was rather rude about it and offered no other options. (Such as nearby street parking.) Spotted empty alcoholic beverage containers littered on the hotel grounds."

"The breakfast was the same each day and the sausage patty need to be cook a little longer and the fruit was the same only orange need different varieties and the area was too small"

"Staff was super friendly, breakfast was good. The pool looks nice but was too busy with a lot of people for us to want to go in and try it out. Bed felt small for 2 people like a full size. I wish it was a queen. "

"Hotel is slightly outdated, bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat. Room was a very large and spacious corner suite. Breakfast was not included so we paid $14/pp to eat sub-par hotel breakfast and the staff at breakfast was rude. There is a Wendy’s and Taco Bell within 5 min walking distance. Elevator is jumpy, so I opted to walk up and down six flights during my stay. Check out was fast and simple. Oh and on night one we had a friendly spider show up in our room…. Husband took him out and no other “friends” made an appearance for the rest of our stay."

"When I first arrived, they told me my booking was cancelled, so they couldn't find it. Eventually, they found it. The room was nice, one night we needed blankets there were all out. Had issues with the heating as it took a while to come through the vents. Had to call maintenance a few times. For the price we paid breakfast should have been included. Overall its close to the bus terminals and the local bus stop is outside the hotel. Overall it was okay depending on what your needs are."
