"The hotel is clean and very nice. However, I experienced poor customer service. I phoned to say the coffee pot wasn’t working. I was assured they would bring me one. Even though he said they were extremely busy. I went to bed with no replaced coffee maker. I phoned the next morning…. Still no coffee maker was delivered. I also had a problem with staying warm. The beds had sheets with a very thin blanket in between the sheets. I did however find an extra blanket in the closet. (Very thin)! All in all I would never pay $250 a night at this Hyatt again. I would also use caution to get ice at the vending machine area. The ice just fell out everywhere. I slipped twice in this area."

"This was a disappointing stay. It just seemed as though they didn’t have it together - from the TV and internet being out on our first evening (with no communication about it from the front desk), to window shades not working, unprofessional behavior from staff (valet in particular) to the fire alarms going off at 11pm and no information on what actually happened when the building was evacuated. I witnessed a verbal altercation with very colorful language from the valet to a guest which was disgusting, as well as a staff member calling out (very loudly) a guest in the dining area in front of other guests. Would never stay here again and strongly encourage others to reconsider. "

"It was fine for a one night quick stop, hotel isn’t in great condition, staff was okay, lobby smelled like weed, room was clean but old and bathroom was not great."

"The parking lot is blocked in all directions, the pool is not open, requested two queen beds and received a queen and rollaway bed, one elevator does not work, staff didn’t greet guests at all. The room wasn’t dirty so that was a plus. Tiles in the bathroom are not secured to the sub floor. The shower curtain was not wide enough for the curved shower bar and water leaked everywhere. "

"The staff were very nice to work with but seemed to be putting out a lot of fires. I wonder if they are understaffed and having to be reactive with issues rather than proactively addressing them. We booked this stay so our kids could play in the pool. On hotels.com it listed indoor and outdoor pools but in reality they are the same- half inside and half outside. I don't know if this was a factor in why the pool was SO COLD but it was almost icy. My eldest daughter was in tears because she wanted to swim so badly but after jumping in once, couldn't go back. It was frigid so instead the three families in the pool space crammed into the hot tub. Also, the pool didn't even open until 9am which just doesn't work with little kids- they wake up and want to swim. So we adjusted our plans for the day and were there right at 9. The pool guy was just arriving and said he needed 15 minutes to get everything ready... When we were let into our room (#123) it had a bit of a weird slightly food smell not the usual just-been-cleaned smell. We went with it but later, when I stepped barefoot in between the two beds onto wet carpet, I realized it was either the smell of wet carpet or worse, puke (ah-that was perhaps the sickly smell we were breathing) that had been sort of cleaned up. My kids were literally about to go to sleep and moving rooms would have been a huge disruption so we avoided the area but didn't sleep great. Sadly, I would not go back to this hotel in the future."
