The restaurant area was very nice, and I had a wonderful dinner. The waitstaff was excellent and friendly. My room was also a terrific value for such nice amenities. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

EVEN Hotel Ann Arbor S - University Area by IHG
Once we walked in, everything was so incredibly clean and smelled good. Check-in was smooth and the room was soo clean. Bed was comfortable as well. I didnt want to get up in the morning.

The Hotel was in the middle of renovation! There was some sounds of construction at 3 am. Repetitive knocking sound. Ice machine & beverages on first floor. Elevator area being remodeled.

The hotel was new. The rooms and hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The parking area was safe.
