"We had a lovely stay marred only by some ants which got into the bed. The staff changed our room immediately and without hassle and to an updated room. We loved the querkiness of the hotel and the tunnel although, staying in the annex, we sometimes walked around the hotel on the street. We loved the rooftop area too and the bar but found the piano bar a little too quiet for us. The hotel was in a great location for many of the sights."

"I would recommend this hotel. We had a lovely stay here before flying back from Seville. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the much needed Air conditioning worked well, and it was almost silent, not the usual noisy Air con."
