We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. The first night they gave us the accessible room which was in the ground floor next to the entrance and reception. It was very noisy. The staff were very friendly and the next day changed our room which was much better! Overall great stay but before you book make sure you request a room with natural light and not on the ground floor.

Would have given the hotel 5 stars across all the categories if they provided finishing touches like bathrobes, slippers and had more facilities . To be honest that would not stop me from returning here . It is a perfect location and easy to walk wherever you want to be . I would return

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely and helpful - when we discovered that all of the places we were considering for dinner were closed on Monday (at 2130 Monday), the man working the desk provided us with a list of options sorted by tapas bars and restaurants, and we quite enjoyed one of his picks. Breakfast was substantial and very good. When we accidentally left the “do not disturb” sign on our room for most of one day, the cleaning staff still managed to refresh it during the brief time we were out. I will recommend this hotel to others.
