"This is a beautiful mid tier property. With some work this can be a solid premium stay.
Customer service is excellent.
Food is excellent. Slightly limited menu.
Cleanliness is spot on.
A lot of visible areas in the building looks run down and need repairs. Paint job, carpets, walls visual defects. During my stay I had hot water shower issues. My faucet hot water did not work at all. Toilet clogged a few times.

"Rooms were great! A/C felt AMAZING! Staff SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY! FOOD AMAZING! There was literally nothing we ate that we did not love! We added the Premium all inclusive package when we arrived for a great price! We ate at all the restaurants, buffets and had top shelf liquor ! I would for sure stay here again! "
