"Fab location, easy access by bus to Brighton centre. Lots of restaurants around on the Boardwalk plus restaurant and bar inside the hotel, so everything is there plus an Asda opposite the marina. Love the deco inside the hotel and lovely rooms!! I would book again! Free parking in the multistorey car park outside the hotel on level 6 so that is a bonus! The view in the breakfast room is amazing especially on a sunny day!!"

"It was our first time in this hotel and we were so delighted with everything. The team is lovely and made us feel home by offering us a complimentary drink when checking-in. The rooms were big, quiet and very well cleaned. Beds are so comfy!! We also had breakfast, which was so delicious and incredible value for money. I actually wanted to stay another night, a bit sad we had to leave."

"Sea views for some rooms. Double bed and toilet and shower and wash basin. And clothes hanging space and tea and coffee facilities. Was very quiet and had 2 very good nights sleep.Breakfast delicious. Bar prices reason and a 'happy hour' as well. Will return soon."

"This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away. "

"Everything was clean and tidy. A quaint room on the top floor. A very warm welcome from Charlotte of Charlotte Street. I think in all my years of staying in the UK going to many gigs Charlotte has to be the most genuinely friendly and most beautiful person I have met. Only one minor thing the shower didn’t have much power. I have just changed a booking to stay there next time I’m in Brighton. You also get discounts at local eateries "
