"This wonderful older building became a hotel in 1900, which might have been the occasion of the last renovation. Today, faded glory is probably the best description. I stayed in Room 1, a room that should not be used for guest accommodation. It looks onto a square but, perhaps for preservation reasons, there is no attempt a sound mitigation at all. Similarly, all the noise from the lobby, bar area arrives unfiltered into Room 1, which on a Friday night continued into the wee, small hours."

"A magical quiet location that we returned to after our 1st visit 8 years ago. We loved the new pool, bar and restaurant. The staff are amazing while they seemed overwhelmed with the volume of work. "

The restaurant creates the perfect ambiance for dining and the food is creative and beautifully prepared and presented. It is in an old Convent, but they have redone everything and the rooms are very modern, but you can walk the whole building and see several hundred years of history.
