"This is a hotel like no other in the world! Situated in a colonial city it was built around a ruin and made into a 5 star hotel! Any wise and knowledgeable traveler should stay in it and enjoy its different and beautiful settings as well as its service and food! Really excellent!"

"Love this hotel! The amenities are awesome as the hot jaccuzzi and saunas are included in the stay. I had a VIP and was able to get 20% off drinks. There is also a pool and it has great play equipment for children. Definitely will come back! Breakfast is really good too and was included with my stay."

"This hotel is very nice and located in the safest district in Guatemala City. The lobby is beautiful and the views are incredible from upper floors. The rooms are well appointed and clean, though ours was short on towels. I had to call twice just to get enough towels for my group to take showers. The restaurant is excellent and the service was attentive. I will say the staff as a whole isn't the friendliest, or the most service oriented. The front desk in particular. If you want to feel safe and stay in a nice place, its a good choice. Customer service could use improvement, especially since its a highly rated hotel."
