"The room and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Upon arriving in our room, the smoke detector was beeping (indicating a low battery.) A call to the front desk brought the maintenance guy to our room within a few minutes and quickly changed to battery. I appreciated the immediate attention especially commendable considering it was Christmas Day. The only negative was the absence of a freezer compartment in the mini-fridge, not great for ice cream! We would stay again as this hotel is well above average in almost every respect and clearly rates the five stars."
