"I loved my and the hotel. It was walking distance from restaurant's and the outlets. I didnt like that they advertise 3 pools and indoor pool, a family pool and an adult pool but they didnt have an adult pool."

"I traveled with my husband, mom and 2 kids. We visited family in Harrisburg with plans to visit Hershey. This location was a great midpoint. All the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The room was clean. This is a small thing, but the ice machine had a fountain to fill water bottles, which was very convenient. The cafe next door was very good as well."

"The staff was pretty unwelcoming. Nobody smiled or seemed friendly with the exception of the female at the front desk and one cleaning person. For example, one morning I asked the woman who was setting up for breakfast was and she just used her head. I couldn't see where she was nodding to and I asked where again and repeated the same gesture-refused to speak."

"A beautiful place, well- maintained. We had an unfortunate incident in the middle of the night which was handled perfectly by Brittany. The follow-up the next morning was also handled well by Amanda. We highly recommend this hotel."
