"The house is very nice and the room large with a view over the garden and the pool. Patricia, the woman who received us was very nice and helpful in finding food and transportation to Playa del Carmen. However, the add on Expedia states that they offer a shuttle from the airport and this was not the case for us. The owner told us we had to book 48 hours in advance. Nowhere was this stated as a policy. Furthermore, he would not have had provided the shuttle regardless because it was Christmas....
