Excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The location is also excellent, very convenient to get around and get to know the area. Without a doubt, I would stay here again. Highly recommended!

The property is extremely, well managed. This is our second time staying at this property. My family of three always enjoy our stay at Stay Apt in Alexandria. The suites have an apartment feel with excellent amenities. The security at this property always makes my family feel safe. The staff are very friendly and attentive to any unexpected issues that may arise. We have no dislikes for this property. What a great place to stay!!!

This is a very nice place to stay. As always in America,so it's no fault of the staff. I still think hotel accommodations are overrated and too high, but this place as a business,rates very high as far as quality and what you get compared to other places that don't offer as much and the staff was very kind and professional and friendly and the only complaint is that the television seems to go on and off frequently Losing the signal, but I would definitely want to recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again

The rooms were very nice and very clean. Several customers were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00 and it was a little past 3:30 and during that time, could not get in touch with anyone inside the hotel for an explanation.

The ability to spread out and relax in a 'home type' environment is important when traveling with other people. Having a separate room and kitchen area allows more freedom than just having to sit on beds while talking/eating etc 1st time at this hotel and will definitely look and book again as it was clean and quiet and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Thank you.

This was a long term place. It was comfortable, clean and well kept. The staffing was more like a landlord so not always accessible and they put the luggage carts up at night which was not convenient for us.

All accommodations I used within the room were excellent. Up to date appliances and very clean. However by design fault , I found lighting an issue, both trying to see in bathroom mirror only light is behind you and bedroom ceiling light doesn’t light the room well.
