"Very friendly staff and close the airport. They even did us a huge favour and helped us mail postcards. The breakfast was tasty and eggs cooked to order, i could choose how i wanted them cooked. The staff were all lovely and helpful, they let us check-in very early on short notice and held our bags on the last day to let us explore Cusco one last day before our bus. The location is quite a ways out of the historic centre but there is a great local market with a lot of dining options nearby. "

"Only one faded lightbulb worked in the room. Blankets were thin and temperatures drop very low at night, and there was zero heat in the facility. No bolt on the inside of the door for security. Could hear everything through the walls and ended up leaving early because I had in three layers of clothes on and it was simply too cold to sleep there."
