I wanted a property that hit my checklist. Comfortable bed, cold room with A/C, a hot shower, safety, and pleasant appearance- this hotel did that. The location was ok; a taxi ride took you to wherever you wanted to go. This hotel works, and I recommend it to anyone. It also had a breakfast, a bar with cocktails, and room service. I was delighted.

Could have been better

The hotel is nice - the bed was comfortable and the shower, hot. The rating would have been better if they did not: (1) make the bed without asking me, (2) take a towel from the room and it took most an hour to get it replaced and (3) say that the restaurant is open from 10am to 10pm but no one was there when we arrived at 1pm. The staff is friendly but seem to be overworked.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The room was not clean when arriving and when attempting to shower there was no hot water which then turned into no water at all. The staff claimed they woood contact with regards to a refund as there was no way of staying in a hotel with no hot water and they did not meet the basic standards of the booking agreement. A week later after Expedia trying to intervene they refused to process a refund. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

We felt as though the property over-promised but under-delivered? Yes, it has a lot of amenities like a sauna and pool, but if you're travelling to Cusco for sightseeing you will likely never use those. Furthermore, housekeeping was a little lax, and while the place was clean, there were definitely cracks here and there. Also, we had a jacuzzi in our room, but as soon as we turned it out, the water smelled so foul that we decided not to use it. Not a bad place to stay but probably wouldn't recommend either.

Staff was extremely accommodating, food was good and they upgraded me over a very minor inconvenience. The area is nice, the market is close with excellent food options and good prices. The main aware is a 40min walk and then you can go back to the quiet hotel area. Prices are also really worth it. Thank you!

Big pool on the pictures is ice-cold and dirty (existing just for the pictures). Sauna is not warm enough and it is not possible to add water to it to make it warmer. Massage is with male masseur.

The hotel itself was nice; I was happy with the room and bathroom. But the breakfast was disappointing (just fruit and scrambled eggs) and the facilities (pool and sauna) are only available for a very limited time in the evening. There is also ongoing construction on the property, which woke me up every morning around 7am and continued all day. It was very loud and noisy in my room, otherwise I would have bee much happier with the stay.

Unfortunately this hotel did not impress. The room itself was nice and tidy but the bathroom was full of mould, grout missing, messy finishes. The pool, sauna etc are only open from 5pm to 10pm. The “hot” pool was warm at best and there was no one at the bar to get drinks. Breakfast was extremely simple and disappointing. Sauna was good and staff were friendly and helpful which gives it the 3 stars. I wouldn’t go back though, after the exchange rate, I could have got a lot nicer hotel than here. It’s far from the centre square but it’s very cheap to get an uber.

Everything was a bit run down, holes in the wall, paint on the floor, sink drain broken. It was nice to have a jacuzzi but it filled very slowly and couldnt figure out how to turn it on. Pool and hot tub was fun but also a bit run down; both were only about half full.
