The room was not particularly clean. We had 1 hand towel. When we asked for more we wre given 1 set with the promuse of more delivered. Never showed up. Ther tossue package was empty. Breakfast was very sparce. We will not be staying at Super 8 again.

We did not stay at this hotel because there are many, many homeless/drunk/drugged people around the hotel and this area. Expedia should not even offer this hotel to customers. We did not feel safe to leave our car parked in the lot. At the hotel next door there was a sign posted, “Park at your own risk. Lock your vehicle.” We tried to get our money back but were unable to do so as our reservation was nonrefundable. I will not use Expedia again!!! The pictures of the outside of this building are deceptive. We cannot trust your reviews!! They are lies!! You have changed how we will book hotels in the future. Why would you not refund our money when the experience has so affected our feelings of safety? I will tell all my friends and anyone else about our experience and strongly advise then not to book with Expedia

I like the girl at the front desk she was very helpful but the room was another story there was fentanyl pills under the bed and the room had a weird urine smell and cigarette smell the bed also I believe was not changed because there was candy wrappers under the covers the phone didn't work in the room.

Room smelled and carpet was stained. Lots of homeless hanging around near the property, didn’t feel safe. Check in person was very nice and helpful with directions.
