Staff was courteous but the room was in need of updating and repair. Grout in bathroom floor needed repair, the tub felt like I was going to fall through, flimsy and the carpeting was in need of shampooing. However the breakfast was fantastic!

We noticed homeless people hanging around the area and a hotel just down the block was all boarded up. Not a reassuring sign. The hotel itself is clean and staff personable and efficient.

The room was great! Very spacious and clean! However… the king bed we needed had a mattress that was completely broken down on the left side and was almost on the floor! My husband and I had to sleep on the right side in a space equivalent to a twin bed… or he would have rolled onto the floor I notified the front desk in writing that the mattress was unexceptionable and requested a replacement and that message was ignored. The hotel instead sent me a message after we checked out that your service ordered that room for us and it is your responsibility to get us the room we requested.
