This property is the best for easy access to the Santa Fe Plaza when traveling for work or with Family. Parking, staff, rooms are all great. Comfortable beds. I have stayed here many times and will stay here again. Highly recommend.

The breakfast options were extremely limited: prepackaged muffins, sugary instant oatmeal or sugary cereal bar. Dogs are allowed in the rooms. The 3 nights we stayed we encountered dogs barking loudly. If you are going to allow dogs, you should have a floor where rooms at one end are dedicated to pets. Considering I paid $698. for 3 nights, I would have expected better. Very disappointed.

The room was clean but it did not have a hairdryer or a blanket on the bed. There was also no bedding in the room for the sofa bed, and they didn’t have any pillows available at the front desk for the sofa bed. Breakfast was weak, basically just coffee, a muffin, granola bar or oatmeal. No juice or milk or fruit. The property also does not have a pool or hot tub. The website listed a pool as an amenity. The room was clean and the price was less than most places, but not the best if you’re looking for more comfort.

Says there’s a pool but it’s no longer available. It’s filled with cement. I recommend taking the pool off the website. Other than that was a good stay and we enjoyed it.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were not comfortable at all and one of the air conditioners did not work. The pull out bed did not have any bedding or sheets in the room. Front desk was able to provide that, so no big deal. We requested maintance order for the air conditioner, but no one ever came to fix and they were fully booked so we could not change rooms. The only good thing is it was overcast duringbour stay so it was nkt too hot. Staff was friendly

Could have used a K cup coffee machine in room. There could have been more than muffins for continental breakfast.. i expected more for $100.00 a night

Comfortable and clean

The room itself looked newly renovated and very clean. The bed was comfy. It was very comfortable stay, however the parking situation is very limited. Parking lot had very few parking spaces. TV wasnt working or the antenna wasn’t connected. No other channnels offered other than the local channels. Panhandling in the front entrance.
