"Clean and nice room, comfortable stay, breakfast is good too."

"Room was old and tired, stains on walls and furniture, drapes had holes , windows were dirty so you can’t enjoy the view, no coffee pot and when I asked for one they told me NO , even as my original booking said I had a tea and coffee pot , typical where hotels.com ( Expedia group ) and the hotel owners don’t really care about details all they care is about making money! They just point fingers at each other …. And do not make it right . I have pictures to show but I can upload them."

I would not be opposed to trying one of their other properties based on my experience at the Riu Plaza, Panamá city location."

Staff need to be aware of the number of guests in a room so that it can be stocked adequately. Poor /spotty internet in the rooms. Breakfast was great."
