The hotel is definitely dated and could benefit from renovations. Unfortunately, when I went to take a shower, I discovered black mold covering the bathroom. The staff responded quickly, which I appreciated, but I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room for health reasons. There were no other rooms available, so I had to leave late Saturday night. Since then, Hotels.com has been trying to contact the property on my behalf, but unfortunately there has been no response to issue the refund I was told they would issue. "

"Very comfortable, large room with nice bedding and towels. The included breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Easy to walk to the city center.we stayed just one night but for longer stays a mini fridge would be a nice addition to the room. Also it would be nice to give 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water instead of putting a 30 peso charge on each bottle. However there are places nearby to buy water. We weren't there long enough to use the pool. We would definitely stay again. "
