"Roxy and Ramon are excellent hosts! My wife and I stayed for a week at their beautiful place for our honeymoon. They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores. Thank you again for a beautiful time...

Bahia Principe Explore Coba - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Bahia Principe Grand Coba. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome right from the start. Coba is very family-oriented, with lots of activities, pools, and entertainment options—perfect for kids, who had an amazing time. The property is large and well-maintained, with shuttles making it easy to get around. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to keep everyone happy. The only downside is the location, about an hour and a half from Cancun, but once you’re there, the resort has everything you need. Overall, an excellent stay and great value for families."

"The service and hotel were amzing ! We get there and Elizebeth greats us with a smile and she were drained and shots for me and my family. And than after the check in she introduced us to Alfred or personal concierge for our entire stay! Alfred was amazing. We got there and he’s like let me show you guys where the restaurant is because I know you guys are hungry as we’re walking. He’s explaining the hotel he explains. He’s our private concierge as well. He explains on the way that we could go go with him or we could stop at his desk and look at the restaurant options. He already had taken the privilege of booking the overall best restaurants at the resort we actually stood with hair recommendations. His recommendations were on point. I can’t say how much Alfred was there for us every morning he greeted us for breakfast anytime he seen us. He wanted to make sure we were OK that there was nothing that was missing from my room or any of that as well. He did help us set up our excursions as well that same day he got everything set up for us and we’re set for the entire week. He was in fishing. He was courteous and my true honest opinion is he provided over the top service for the hotel and the whole staff was amazing all the staff was great so I can’t say more and I do give this hotel a high 10 because the little touches that they provided for us was amazing. Thank you."

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal - All Inclusive

"I was here with my wife for a quick getaway in first week of July and the overall property was maintained well. Rooms- we were offered Swim up rooms but we got the nearest oceanfront room in Villa 47 which was the 2 mins away from the main lobby, main pool , buffet, coffee shop, theatre. We did face AC issue during the second night of our stay and we were offered another room within the same building on a different floor within an hour. So that's a definite plus. We found that to go through the different areas, they could use more signages as to where is what at intersections. The quality of food was really good, be it the buffet or Ala- carte restaurants. The taste, we did not like the bland taste of majority of the food being served. Some items were undercooked to quickly cater to number of people, so only that is what was a negative in terms of food. but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the BPA."

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka’an - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips! Really good and competent drivers - if you’re unfamiliar with the locality this is a much better option than renting a car for yourself! The room was fabulous, stocked minibar replenished daily, comfortable bed, clean and spacious shower room, small balcony to relax on and really efficient air con for the hot days. The joy of the resort is the ability to jump into an electric shuttle bus and use any of the five connected resorts, each of which has its own vibe, architecture and restaurants. Food in the buffet restaurants was the best I have ever experienced at an all inclusive resort. Huge range of options, everything was freshly made, well presented and tasted great. The staff in the restaurants and bars were very hard working yet universally cheerful, polite and helpful. Live evening entertainment in every resort was, er, entertaining! Mariachi (of course), rock band, ABBA tribute act, all really good stuff to get into the holiday spirit! A couple of acts made me wonder if it was karaoke night (it wasn’t) but that’s pretty much what you expect. I was recovering from knee replacement surgery so I didn’t try any excursions. But I’m definitely coming back again when I can! Book speciality restaurants before you arrive. They are great but busy."
