"The property seems to be recently updated, it is modern, and clean. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...
"I thought I walked in the wrong hotel because it seemed too luxurious for the price I paid. Incredibly clean along with an aesthetic layout. Great shower as well. Staff was nice and were all fluent in English. Also beside train station and is attached to a Lawson which is a plus"
"Service and food were excellent. We had Japanese dinner and breakfast. Each were well prepared and presented. Very walkable area. Private bath was very nice touch after long day of travel and walking around town. "
"Truly wonderful experience. The outdoor bath was a gem and the staff treated us exceptionally well. A warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommend. "
"This was a simply magnificent Hotel. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the service was exceptional. The breakfast was superb and the roof top terrace amazing."

"They have in house filtered water which means I didnt have to buy water to start my day. Great Breakfast buffet selection. Very close to dotonbori and shinsaibashi as well."
"very nice stay would definitely recommend and stay here again.
budget wasn't the best needs more variety of foods, incredibly limited.
the room lighting for makeup and getting ready for women was very dull and very limited, needs a vanity or vanity lighting on restroom mirror.
uber and taxi pick ups were always a struggle we had to walk out of the area to catch an uber or taxi, quite inconvenient.
otherwise, great service great location great people great atmosphere love it!!!"
"I didnt like that you had to pay for access to the pool. The food and drinks were overpriced. The hotel is very nice and checkin and checkout is very fast. Oh they also hold your bags before and after checkin."
