The shuttle from narita to the hotel and then the big coach from th we hotel to the airport was a big plus!! After traveling using public transportation for a while, it was a welcome benefit. The trains are great in Japan but it was so luxurious to sit in comfort with my luggage.
The room was adequate, nothing fancy but perfectly functional.

The room was really nice & had everything we needed! The only thing I wasn’t really fond of was the TV situation - it was share screen & I’ve never done that before. I’m just used to picking a channel & going about my day. But honestly we were out so much that it didn’t really matter. The breakfast options were so good too! I’m so glad I picked this hotel.
