Everything was perfect. The staff is fantastic. Can’t beat the location. It’s very clean. Very quiet. It is our fourth visit. Very close to a big park and playground. Great for kids. Highly highly recommended.

Very clean, quiet, functional room with everything needed for a comfortable sleepover. The free coffee and breads in the morning are a nice and convenient gesture. A couple of restaurants and combini stores within 5 minutes walk.

Just a quick overnighter between flights. Room and property were clean and well-maintained. My bathroom was an interesting blend of traditional and modern and surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. Note, the free airport shuttle is very punctual - if you’re on time, you’re probably late.
