"Parking lot was filled with homless people and drug deals. Room was horrible not clean at all! There was hair on the shower wall, cigarette burns on the bed, stains on the sheets, dirt and food on the floor. It was disgusting, we left immediately, I will never go back. "

"The place worked for a bed. I booked a room somewhere for the wrong dates and we needed a place. For the rate it was fine. It seemed clean, though the carpets were very stained. The only thing between us and the mattress was a sheet. I'm so glad I didn't see that until after we woke up. I would only stay there again if it was the only room anywhere available. "

"Breakfast was good. Pool gate would not work and after using the pool you had to walk thru the parking area and use the front entrance because the pool entrance to the hotel did not work. "

"All the motels in Phoenix were running $500 plus a night and they were getting booked up fast. I finally found the Red Roof Inn Plus that had decent reviews and wasn't going to break the bank. I booked a King room. A day later, I found out my granddaughter was coming with us. I messaged the motel and asked if i could get a double bed room or a rollaway bed. They accommodated me immediately with a double bed. After we got to the motel, we found out the next morning that the shower head was broken. We were able to shower but the water wasn't spraying well. We told the front desk and by the time we got back ro the room that evening, the shower was fixed, the room was cleaned and fresh towels were in the room. This motel treated us great. "

"The breakfast was fresh, abundant with many options & clean. However the property needs remodeling. There is visible damage with the furniture, the walls, the flooring, the bathtub and not aesthetically pleasing."
