The politeness and service of the Japanese people made it better but it was pretty awful. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher. We thought of leaving but it was too late ! "

It took me by surprise the amazing quality of the hotel overall, breakfast was amazing, the employees attention, room size and cleaness everything on point, public transport stations just a few meters of the hotel. I can easily say that it was the best hotel I stayed during my vacations 😁 "
