"Throughout our stay the staff was wonderful and helpful, facility and room exceptionally clean, bed was bird nested in the middle but ok for 3 nights, never was able to get into the pool area due to key card malfunctioning we were not the only ones staying here with this issue, key card malfunction every single time we tried to get in our room. It's close to everything Prescott and Prescott Valley good thing because the bar and restaurant were either closed or closed hours earlier then posted. The coffee place also was a hit or miss on when they were open despite hours being posted. Spa never open if you want a resort this is not a place to go if you want a clean hotel and safe place to stay I would chose them."

"We stayed for a week We loved the full kitchen an space of the room Free charging for our electric car great central location for Prescott The staff was great gave us extra coffee towels and any supplies we asked for Breakfast was great our son loved the great free breakfast I haven’t seen him eat that much for breakfast in a long time The hot tub and pool was wonderful We love this hotel So clean and nice 2 nd time staying there We will book there again next trip"
