"A Great Stay at WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Phoenix
I’m so glad I upgraded to WaterWalk Extended Stay—this place was definitely a step up from my original booking. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the quality of the hotel and the incredible staff. The manager, with the energy of 10 people in the morning, really set a positive tone for my stay.
The easy check-in process made the transition seamless, and the whole experience was a breeze. The room itself was amazing—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect: not too noisy, not too much traffic, and there’s plenty of parking.
One downside was the lack of breakfast, which would’ve been nice, but that’s really the only thing I could find to complain about. Everything else, from the laundry in the unit (perfect for longer stays) to the well-kept amenities (gym, pool, etc.), was fantastic. The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained, and the property overall felt safe and secure—well-lit and in a good neighborhood.
If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with great service and a relaxing environment, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s perfect for long-term stays with all the right amenities!"

"The room was clean, staff was nice, they also included standard breakfast hot and even dinner. Dinner wasn’t anything special but if you like to travel on a budget and still have a clean building and friendly staff it’s a good option. The pool was a disappointment and had several dead bugs floating around and wasn’t very clean we went in and out in five min. The location is great, less than two hours to sedona for hiking and allot of areas to hike around the hotel as well. "
