"I have stayed at theFuture Inn before and as soon as I knew I would be in Cardiff I immediately booked this hotel. It’s great because you can park your car securely for free, all the staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are great. The room s clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"Good Overall The staff were all very r helpful. The play area for kids was a great surprise. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was much better then I thought so good surprise again. The only downside is that the changing rooms for the fitness centre definitely needs some TLC. (Broken shower (as in the tap handle has completely fallen off), swimsuit dryer broken etc) but overall I would recommend especially if you are travelling with kids"
