Hilton Cardiff

Hilton Cardiff

8/10 Good
"Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous. However the spa area was dreadful, gym was small changing rooms were awful, run down and grubby. No private changing facilities. Tiles were mouldy the toilets smelt very bad. In the pool area the whole area was grubby bits of tiles missing and covered with masking tape. The tiles around the hot tub were mouldy, window sills were rotting and flaking away. Not what I expected from a luxury chain like the Hilton. Very disappointing. I would return to the hotel but would avoid the spa and pool area."
