"Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. However the hotel is situated right next to a busy major road, and we can hear traffic noise well throughout the night, eventough the room is at 39th floor. The room also lack an area for vanity for the ladies. It is more suited for business travellers. The modern TOTO japanese toilet is quite complicated to figure out what each button does. There are no words, just symbols that sometimes doesn't explain well what the function is. Other than that, the warmth of the staff makes up for all the shortcomings. Overall a good stay but could be better, given the price tag of a 5 star hotel in the heart of the city."

"Facilities in the bar area were fantastic and the showers were good pressure and always warm. The room itself was a little dated and that is the only fault I found on my stay."
