"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

"Staff was kind but facilities so old that even light off in the night impossible. Door locking was some time out of order that dangerous. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Tuo and staff were so lovely and helpful in every way. We stayed in buffalo house as a family with 4 kids it had so much room the surrounding rice paddies were so special to look out on. Lucky daisys cafe was so yummy and we ate there everyday day. Thanks for such an awesome stay ! "

"Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town"

"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast."
