"Great Service and clean "

"Stayed one night. Had the basic amenities and staff was friendly. Room was dirty and clearly not cleaned prior to our check-in. We found a cigarette butt inbetween the mattress and bedframe. The tables and flat surfaces weren't wiped down and had some residue on them. The duvet had dried questionable stains on it. The bathroom sink was dirty and the shower drain had debris still stuck in it. The walls were dirty and could use a fresh paint job. "

"Room had roaches woke up with welps all over my body for possibility from bed bug or dirt sheets then to park my car in the parking spot for the hotel it tock a hour and a half because the girl in the front kept falling sleep"

"Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches, had to track down someone for coffee refill, no ice or glass offered for soda and no bill until we walked around to find. Was going to tip less than normal but they added an 18% "service" charge for bad service. Food was good but all the other issues left bad taste in our mouths"

"Enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. Pool chair pads need to be updated though. They looked and felt like deflated air mattresses. "

"We arrived well before the check in time and waited for our room. We were upgraded which was really nice but the rooms ac was not working. The hotel also has a strange smell to it. We picked this hotel for the airport shuttle only to find out shuttles don't start until 6am. That's on me for not researching better. "
