"This is a very beautiful historical property. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was on top of making sure the room was clean along with water, tea, and coffee stocked daily. Bicky is amazing at taking care of the room and makes sure everything is perfect when he cleans the room. The communication from the staff was so swift and efficient with Mr Adnan Asaz responding to my emails a few weeks prior to our visit with astonishing alacrity. "The Ibiza resort is fairly close to the city (about 25 kms). We were very excited on reaching there as there is lots of greenery all around. The reception and check-in was fairly efficient. We found the food to be quite good (we took only veg options). So was the breakfast in the morning - good variety and quite tasty). There are lots of outdoor activities, several are free for the guests. Our only problem was with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Winter Green rooms in the Nirvana...
