"Everything was great"

"During our stay, the hotel staff consistently displayed a high level of professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. My daughter and I appreciated the safe and comfortable environment they provided. The breakfast menu boasted an impressive selection of delicious items, including freshly baked croissants, which were a highlight of our day. Joana's exceptional service ensured our cappuccino needs were always met, often before we even asked. The hotel's prime location allowed for easy exploration of local eateries, boutiques, and the iconic Louvre Museum."

"Had an amazing stay! The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. There's 24/7 on-site staff and front desk, which made us feel very safe as well. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is very quirky and lots of art throughout. Great location! We were able to get around everywhere with ease. Would stay here again in the future :)"

"Air conditioning thermostat had no power connected and thus didn't work in the room. Thankfully it was cool enough to just open the windows. Water pressure in shower was non-existent, I washed myself with a wash cloth."

"Let me first say that the staff was very friendly and helpful in this small hotel. The location is great being just minutes to walk to the Louvre, metro and tons of dinning. The huge problem was the bathroom in one of my two rooms had mold in the ceiling. All four of us had runny noses, sneezing and coughing the entire trip and beyond from it. We asked to be moved to another room but the hotel is rather small and all rooms were booked. We asked to speak to a manager but one was never available. The desk staff was understanding and nice but could do nothing to resolve the problem nor comprehend the seriousness of the problem. On the last night of our 6 night stay, they finally had another room available and it was great. Unfortunately too little too late."

"Staff at Yuna were great. Gabriel was extremely helpful in questions we had and response were were always prompt. Yuna was located in an area where there were a lot of restaurants and shops. Kitchen had electric stove and large refrigerator."

"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."
