"As a former monastery, this is a really cool place to stay. It is very close to the beginning of the aqueduct as well which takes you down to the central core. Easily walkable to all the interesting sites. The history and ambiance is something to experience. The menu in the restaurant was awesome with good service. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. La histórica estructura está perfectamente conservada y la decoración es moderna y de mucho estilo. La mejor comida que disfrutamos durante nuestra visita por todo el noroeste de España, fue sin dudas en el Parador de Sigüenza. Solo mejoraría el proceso de checking."
