"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor landscape. It was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and added such a tropical charm to the experience. Everything felt clean and well cared for, and the surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Overall, a lovely experience that I would definitely recommend to others looking for a comfortable and scenic stay."

"Beds, towels were changed but not much besides that. Watch for a female waitress by the pool, she adds tips to your bill and then never gives you change… so you end up tipping her twice. Nor enough information about special events. Overall happy with the stay. Nice access to the beach, mostly friendly staff. "

" This place is truly beautiful—amazing views, a privileged location, and surrounded by plenty of greenery. The setting itself is peaceful and enjoyable. However, my biggest concern was the cleanliness of the room. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel regarding my wife’s skin condition, and we were assured that everything would be properly taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The bed sheets appeared dirty, as if they had not been replaced. We contacted the front desk, but the response showed little to no empathy—there wasn’t even a simple apology. Additionally, housekeeping was very poor throughout our stay. By the second day, there was no body wash, and even after contacting the front desk again, the issue was not resolved. After four days, we still didn’t have soap. Overall, while the location and views are great, the lack of cleanliness and poor service made our experience disappointing. Would I come back? Unfortunately, no. I would choose another place to stay on the island next time "

"After some modest travels around this area, this was the best hotel by far. Complimentary unbrellas and lawn chairs on the beach was appreciated. Ordering food and beverages on the beach was cool also "
