The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room. "I Always Love staying at Marco Polo , this is my 4 th stay and it is always good This time l went during the holidays and it was busy but still great The only problem was they shut down the kids pool and hot tub but that meant the adult pool is now full of kids"
