The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre
8/10 Good
"Each room was like a roomy apartment โ a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Itโs not close to the city, but there is a view of the skyline. Two washers and dryers in the laundry room were convenient. Also there is free parking."
Radisson RED Auckland
10/10 Excellent
"Our family of four stayed in two rooms at Radisson RED Auckland for our first night in New Zealand, and we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern, stylish and comfortable, with a very convenient location. We were able to walk around the city and down to Viaduct Harbour, which was a lovely way to spend our first evening in Auckland. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. What really stood out to us, however, was the wonderful hospitality from the restaurant team. Because of jet lag, our family woke up much later than planned and unfortunately missed the regular breakfast hours. Even though breakfast service had already finished, the restaurant staff โ from the wait staff to the kitchen team โ kindly went out of their way to prepare breakfast for all four of us. We really appreciated their flexibility and genuine kindness. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel very welcome at the very beginning of our very first New Zealand trip. Overall, Radisson RED Auckland was a great choice for us โ modern, comfortable, conveniently located, and most importantly, with genuinely warm and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it."
Crowne Plaza Auckland by IHG
8/10 Good
"Clean and well kept. Would of been nice to get a better view for the price"
Holiday Inn Auckland Airport by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent when considering price paid. Staff are absolutely outstanding. Also of note: best room service beef burger ever! Property would benefit from a paint and recarpet, but it's a busy airport hotel with the usual scuffs here and there; it does not detract from the overall experience. Room was quiet. Layout of hotel is spacious and resort-like. Room was very spacious. No noise through walls. Opening windows, slider to outdoor area, and room came with its own heater/air con unit."
