"This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. "The hotel is very nice but very small. When large groups are staying the common areas tend to be very crowded. Especially in the morning during breakfast and evenings. When it wasn’t crowded it was lovely though and location to transportation is great."

"The property is very clean, exceeded my expectations. They provided basic necessities, towels, toiletries, kitchen is well equipped. Linens and beddings are clean and comfortable. There is a designated parking infront of the property which makes it very easy to unload our stuff. Location is quiet, about 10 minute walk to the tram station. Uber is also available. No receptionist on site but concierge is one phone call away, very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!"
