"Fabulous and great food"

"The moment you enter the hotel you are engulfed in a bubble of lovely scented fragrances all the way to your room. The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful. I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol. The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point! Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol). Also to add the place is noise free and has a relaxing ambiance. Definitely recommend! "

"The staff were amazing, especially the Indian chap behind reception. The vibes were great and bed comfy. Only downside is that the shampoo and wash… use your own. Smelt of wee and when opened full of fungus and black spots. Not cleaned in a while even though used daily. otherwise great sty. "

"Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any time.... Overall though,not a bad stay abd rooms were nice and quiet and comfortable which is the most important thing. "
