"Very convenient location, across the street from the train station. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and speak enough English to be able to communicate effectively. They helped me complete a shipping paperwork to ship one of our larger suitcase to another hotel in Yokohama. "We loved our stay at the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel! We only had 2 nights in the area but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Happo One Gondola (and other ski resorts if necessary) and to the train station - very helpful! It is in an excellent location - close to the Happo One Gondola and plenty of places to eat. We ate in the hotel itself and the food and service were excellent. The onsen was incredibly clean and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel...

"Great hotel close to Echigo-Yuzawa station. Many restaurants close by and accessible to many ski resorts in the area. Clean modern hotel with all basic facilities. The daily 10:00pm free Raman at the onsen lounge is a nice touch!"
