We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was beautiful. The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Karuizawa.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Really enjoyed the experience at the hotel: located in an exclusive area. The staffs are very attentive. The breakfast is amazing and the service is top notch. It is near Kumoba pond. The scenery is mesmerizing.

4月中旬の軽井沢は通りには桜が見れました。11度くらいでさむいですが、5月は新緑がおすすめです。清潔な客室でベッドは寝やすく静かな環境です。スタッフの方特にフロントの方、客室係の方は気持ちよく挨拶してくださり丁寧で気配りがあり、申請。うれしいおもてなしでした。朝食は和食、洋食:アメリカンスタイルセットサラダセットヨーグルトやトーストにつけるジャム、フレンチトーストから選べます。サラダセットは美味しく頂きました。朝食スタッフにより朝食の紅茶やコーヒーのおかわりや空いたお皿を片付ける時にお客様を急かすかのではなく、ゆっくり朝食をたのしんで頂く配慮が欲しいスタッフがいました。家族はお部屋に泊まることは満足しています。

客室は清潔で、滞在に必要なアメニティは全てそろっていました。バルコニーからお庭の紅葉やイルミネーションを眺められる事ができ、ゆっくりと落ち着いた雰囲気の中、滞在する事ができました。夫が車椅子を利用者なのですが、スタッフの皆さんの優しい気配り、言葉掛け、サポートがあり，とてもうれしかです。何より、レストランを含めてスタッフの方々の笑顔が素敵でした。また是非利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

静かで素敵な散歩を楽しめます。

食事中シャツにたまごをこぼしてしまい、おしぼりで拭いていたら、スタッフの方が洗剤つけたおしぼりをそっと渡してくれました。お願いしたわけでもないのに、細かい気配りに痛く感動しました。ありがとうございます。

最高な寛ぎ

いつも年末の平日に1泊しかできませんが、疲れた日々のリフレッシュに家内と伺います。食事が特にありがたく、仕事を引退したらゆっくりとお世話になりたいホテルです。

少しオフシーズンに入ったウィークディーの所為もあって、環境はとても良かった、スタッフの方々の接し方が感じ良かった。清潔感あって、リゾート気分満喫、リラックス出来た。お食事も朝夕美味しく頂けた。旧軽ロータリー迄の散歩路、子供の頃から親しんだ所楽しめた。
