"Room was very clean and organized. They always have stacked of water bottles and fresh towels when you need them. They make up the bed, clean the floor and bathroom every day. Staff are nice and helpful. Outdoor pool is nice, clean and warm. Hot tub is also nice and clean! We have a pool view which is nice if you just want to hangout in the balcony and relax or maybe read your favorite book."

"Some of the house keepers didnโt speak English which was occasionally a problem for us and other guests.Also, it would be nice if they had drinks and snacks available 24 hours because the marketplace closes too early and low a bit lacking. Once the marketplace closes closes youโre stuck with the bar or restaurant but who wants to order a pizza when all you want us some popcorn? Besides that, the place is beautiful and very well maintained. We had an enjoyable experience."

"The staff was friendly and we upgraded our room once we arrived (for a fee) and the room was great! I will say I was a little disappointed on the โbeachโ. There was a small access spot to the water which was very rocky and even had a sign to wear water shoes."

"We had a wonderful stay at La Concha Hotel in Key West! The location on Duval Street was one of the biggest highlights..it was within perfect walking distance of so many of Key Westโs attractions, restaurants, bars, and things to do, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Having onsite parking was also a huge benefit, especially in Key West where parking can be difficult to find. The hotel bar was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, La Concha was a great choice for a Key West stay, especially if you want to be right in the heart of everything!"

"Best customer service I ever had at a hotel. They have someone you can text for any needs and they answer right away. Rooms were nice only complaint about the room was the shower seemed to use to have a sliding glass door but it must of broke because they had a shower curtain there instead. Great other than that tho"
