"The location was excellent, right by the train station, which was good for us as we were arriving by train and then just staying one night in Salzburg and leaving the next day via train as well. Also an easy walk to city center. Was initially worried about potential noise as the hotel looks out onto a busy road, but the thick glass on the windows kep the place very quiet. The one surprising thing was no writing desk in the room, which made it difficult to do any work on a laptop. They explained my room type didn't have a desk, and they couldn't provide any folding table, which was a slight hassle since I wanted to use my computer. But other than that everything was quite good, nice rooms and friendly staff"

"This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and great location near the airport. The walk to the airport was easy and flat. Less than a mile and took less than 15 mins. The room itself was comfortable and in great condition. My only complaint, and this is kind of a big one for me, is that there weren't power outlets near either bed. I was forced to plug it in near the foot of the bed and leave my phone/alarm clock on the floor. That being said, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a hotel."

"Good breakfast. Clean room although the front desk staff left a little to be desired. Short answers and no extra information provided without having to ask. Not a very welcoming reception. "

"The front desk staff were great and very helpful. Everything else went very very well and the view at the breakfast station was excellent. The food during breakfast was very good.. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking and the bus station provided access to the mountains, the lakes and spaces around the city."
