Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly especially Orge! The hotel is very nice and clean, bed is comfortable but the pillows were uncomfortable. The location was very good because it is convenient for public transportation and near train station and old town. A lots restaurants nearby and we enjoyed staying in there.

Wonderful staff - friendly and welcoming, with a great restaurant attached for breakfast and dinner. The location was super handy for being close to (but not too close!) to the main station but very easily walkable to the main sights of Salzburg. The room was compact but neat and nicely furnished. Hotel staff were really helpful and so friendly. Family room was plenty big enough and the buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. This is a return trip to this hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. The rooms were recently renovated. The staff are so kind and professional. The breakfasts are very good with eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, bread, pastries, etc. You won't be disappointed. The restuarant is fantastic as well. You can easily walk to the major attractions or catch the bus. We are going to rebook this hotel next year.
